Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold by CRW Store are digital in nature. Due to the instant delivery and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The product delivered does not match what was ordered
  • The activation key or account credentials are invalid or already used
  • The product fails to activate and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product has been successfully activated and used
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery
  • The issue is caused by the customer's own device or account settings
  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery without a reported issue

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.
