We use data to confirm payment, prepare the order, deliver the product digitally, fix activation issues, reduce fraud, improve the website experience, and respond to support requests.
Payments
CRW Store does not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers, and their own policies may apply.
WhatsApp and delivery
We use WhatsApp as a main channel for communication and delivery because digital products often need direct confirmation. Do not send personal passwords or details we do not need to complete the order.
Supabase and technical services
We use Supabase and similar technical tools to store orders, site settings, and service operation logs. This data is accessed only when needed for operation and support.
Social growth services
For services such as followers, views, or engagement, we may ask for the profile link or username only to complete the service. We do not ask for social account passwords and you should not share them with us.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Certain data can be deleted or reduced on request when it is no longer required.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion through WhatsApp. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request to protect customer data.
